Shipping Policy

We ship from Pennsylvania and use USPS exclusively at this time. We will do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days, however, there are times that delays may occur. We will update our current lead time at the top of our page as needed if this occurs, we will also contact the customer directly in the event of any substantial delays. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges which are calculated using USPS shipping rates based on weight and the size of the packaging. If a customer order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING, the order will be shipped using the most affordable option we have available to us at the time. We make no guarantees on delivery timelines as the USPS has been consistently delayed due to COVID 19 and other factors.
